Mr Tan Teik Guan
Chief Executive Officer

Teik Guan has many years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing security solutions for highly-critical projects for the Banking, Government and enterprise market. He is well-versed in the niche area of cryptographic security programming and integration, having developed numerous successful products such as authentication tokens, PKI CAs, smartcards (Javacard), HSMs.

Prior to joining DS3 in 2001, Teik Guan was the IT Security Manager with the Monetary Authority of Singapore. As CEO and CTO of DS3, Teik Guan manages the strategic execution of the company and oversees the R&D, engineering, and sales functions. He holds a Master of Science from the University of Singapore.

Mr Kelvin Teo
Chief Operating Officer (Co-founder)

Kelvin has a strong history of sales and business development leadership, as well as expertise in technical implementation & operations, strategy, fund management, and mergers and acquisitions. A veteran of the IT Security industry with over 15 years of experience, he has committed himself to building strong customer-focused organizations and ensuring operational excellence in all facets of the business he is a part of.

Prior to joining DS3, Kelvin has served as a Project Manager in an IT Organization serving the Singapore Armed Forces. As the General Manager and Chief Operating Officer of DS3, Kelvin is responsible for the end-to-end management of the Administration, Human Resources, Operations and Financial aspects of the company. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore.

Mr Gary Chan
Vice-President, Solutions

With more than 12 years of experience in the IT security sector, Gary manages the Solution Team. Besides providing end-to-end project management to clients, his role as the Vice-President, Solutions, also involves focusing on delivering support and customer satisfaction across Asia. His vast experience and knowledge in the IT security solution market has been instrumental in providing a reliable security solution to companies, ensuring the successful integration of DS3 security solutions into the customer’s organization.

He graduated with a Bachelor in Internet Science & Technology from University of Wollongong.

Mr Aylwin Wong
Vice-President, Engineering

With more than 10 years of experience in the IT security industry, Aylwin specializes in developing IT security products and systems which are able to meet the industry standards and requirements of businesses.

As Vice-President, Engineering of DS3, he leads the Research & Development team, focusing on developing IT security products and systems. He is also actively involved in the deployment of IT security projects to the customers, where he assesses the customer’s requirements and deploys suitable IT security solution to meet their needs. His other responsibilities include managing day-to-day technical operations and testing procedures.

Aylwin graduated with a First Class Honours in Computing, majoring in Systems Development from Monash University Gippsland Campus.
