Mr Zvi Efroni
Chairman and co-founder

Zvi is the Chairman and co-founder of DS3. He has more than 20 years in the data security industry, having successfully implemented several data security solutions to major banks, Governments and Financial Institutions in the Asia Pacific. Prior to DS3, Zvi with his expertise in Sales Operations, Business Development and Project Management, has led Nasdaq-listed companies such as Algorithmic Research and Cylink Cooperation established strong foothold in the Asia region. Zvi holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering.

Mr Tan Teik Guan
Member of Board

Teik Guan has many years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing security solutions for highly-critical projects for the Banking, Government and enterprise market. He is well-versed in the niche area of cryptographic security programming and integration, having developed numerous successful products such as authentication tokens, PKI CAs, smartcards (Javacard), HSMs.

Prior to joining DS3 in 2001, Teik Guan was the IT Security Manager with the Monetary Authority of Singapore. As CEO and CTO of DS3, Teik Guan manages the strategic execution of the company and oversees the R&D, engineering, and sales functions. He holds a Master of Science from the University of Singapore.

Mr Kelvin Teo
Member of Board and co-founder

Kelvin has a strong history of sales and business development leadership, as well as expertise in technical implementation & operations, strategy, fund management, and mergers and acquisitions. A veteran of the IT Security industry with over 15 years of experience, he has committed himself to building strong customer-focused organizations and ensuring operational excellence in all facets of the business he is a part of.

Prior to joining DS3, Kelvin has served as a Project Manager in an IT Organization serving the Singapore Armed Forces. As the General Manager and Chief Operating Officer of DS3, Kelvin is responsible for the end-to-end management of the Administration, Human Resources, Operations and Financial aspects of the company. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore.

Mr Franc Sng
Member of Board

Franc is the Senior Investment Manager with JAFCO Asia, one of Asia Pacific’s leading venture capital firms. He has experience across sales, strategic consulting, equity research and venture capital investment, and has worked with senior management of listed companies in Singapore in multiple sectors including property, hospitality, manufacturing etc. He holds a B.Comp degree from National University of Singapore and has completed the CFA program.
